Everyone who knew ten axioms learn finance basics. One was about risk and return trade-off, saying: Low risk, low return. High risk, high return. If I may be jointed, no risk, yes no return. Vision, dreams, creating the future, out-of-the box thinking, out of our comfort zone, think "stubborn", does have risks, have a very large uncertainty. But again, that's where the difference between a leader with the most: the leader is a risk-taker, while the common people tend to be risk-avoider.
Like an athlete, a leader is a marathon runner, not a sprinter. Orientation, as well as criteria for success is placed in a long time frame (longer term), far in front. True leaders are not human beings who are tempted by instant "success" piddling short term, which could be just a virus or a termite that slowly erode the foundations of future buildings. Tomorrow. Even tomorrow that is very far ahead and eternal: the afterlife. That's where true leaders entrust hopes. "O ye who believe, fear Allah and let every soul consider what he had done for tomorrow (the Hereafter), and fear Allah, verily Allah is Aware of what we do" (Qur'an Hasyr: 18).
Hereafter Vision makes leaders to be smart set now, the steps, utilization of resources. Vision of the hereafter is also what makes a true leader and firm-firm does not know defeat, let alone broken. Injuries due to hit the rocks, even the most severe ones, are seen as small blisters that healed by time, and had not made retroactive. Hereafter Vision also makes leaders do not have the word "satisfied" in the dictionary of life. He continued to do charity. Continues to do. And Allah loves not those who do wrong, and that God will cleanse the people who believe (from their sins) and destroy the disbelievers "(Surah Ali 'Imran: 140-141). So, no big deal!
Indeed true leader istiqamah and discipline. He is consistent, consistent, and presisten towards its vision. Not wanting to compromise. Reluctant negotiable. However, he was innovative and daring to take risks in different ways. There is tremendous flexibility in finding solutions. There is conviction that to be a successful leader does not mean not allowed to fail, but should see results not in line with expectations as part of the learning process, as feedback, as a signal of the need to change ways. As a true leader stumbles a barrier wall, not his ideals that he set aside, but he changed his strategy.
Do you like gossip? If yes, that means you have not qualified enough to be a leader. Apart from the problems that gossiping is a sin, gossip usually contain the problem. All participants of the Assembly vigorously gossip spotlight on the issue, even to exaggerate the problem, by adding different seasonings flavor. " ..., because ..., the problem is so ...," the editorial about the gossip that sentence. Nobody spoke a solution. No one even hope to have a solution.
